shaking hands

Do you really want to base your financial future on a "free" 10-minute phone call to someone who lacks experience, is not focused on your financial situation or only gets paid if you do a certain course of action?

Mr. Noel (Neal) Bisges has 17 years of experience as an attorney and a CPA. He understands the complexities of your financial situation and that it is not automatically resolved with a bankruptcy filing nor is the discharge of your debts.

Before we decide upon a course of action for your financial needs and security, we need to sit down together to discuss your options and what their outcomes will be. To set up a consultation meeting with Mr. Bisges please email or call us at our office.

We reserve 2 to 3 hours for our meeting to throughly explain to you your financial condition and what your options are. To compensate our time and experience we require $300 to be paid prior to our meeting. Typically we anticipate a bankruptcy filing and get started in that direction by pulling your credit report, at no charge to you, and complete the required credit counseling to file your bankruptcy toward the end of our interview. Though it is not required, it is helpful to have your most recent pay stubs and previous year's tax return with you for the meeting to help us begin your bankruptcy filing process. Note that if you do file bankruptcy, your $300 consultation fee does go toward your bankruptcy filing.
